The Minneapolis
Neighborhood Employment Network (NET)
The NET strategy is a method of organizing, rather than a specific program. It allows for the empowering of each Minneapolis neighborhood in the delivery of public and private employment and training resources. It recognizes that each of our neighborhoods is somewhat different and enables the development of mini-strategies that reflect unique neighborhood priorities and issues.
The NET strategy also recognizes that there is strength and increased knowledge through affiliation and partnership, and that strong, competent management can occur through non-traditional models.
